Dharaya holds your personal data the way we hold a piece of chocolate — carefully, briefly, and only when there's a reason. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to ask for it back.
What we collect
- Account essentials — name, email, phone (optional), shipping addresses.
- Order details — what you bought, when, where it went, how you paid.
- Communication preferences — newsletter opt-ins, SMS for delivery, support tickets.
- Site usage — only if you opted in to analytics cookies. Anonymous, aggregate.
Where it lives
Account and order data live in our managed databases (encrypted at rest, accessed only by the order, auth, and shipping services). Payment details never reach our servers — Razorpay handles those directly, PCI-DSS compliant.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you (we'll send a JSON export).
- Ask for it to be deleted. We'll honour the request within 30 days.
- Correct inaccurate details from /account/profile.
- Withdraw analytics or marketing consent from /policies/cookies.
