What we use, and why.
Cookies are short snippets that the browser keeps so a site remembers small things — what you put in your cart, whether you've signed in, which language you read in. We use only what we need to make Dharaya feel attentive.
The three kinds
- Essential — cart, authentication, security. These are always on. Turning them off would mean the storefront couldn't work.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregate signals about which pages are read and which bars resonate. We never sell this data; we only use it to understand the rhythm of the storefront.
- Marketing — none active today. If we ever add personalised offers, this is where the toggle would live.
How long they stay
Session cookies vanish when you close the tab. Persistent ones (cart, language) stay for up to 12 months. We re-prompt for consent after that window.
